1. How do I pay for my order

Our online shop operates in a highly secure environment, using Paypal as our payment process for credit and debit card payments. When you place an order, you will be taken to the Paypal secure page to complete your payment. You can also make payment using your Paypal account.

2. If I place an order today when will I receive it

All orders are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail and you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days

3. Am I able to return my order

4. Do you offer Saturday or next day delivery service

We offer Saturday delivery service as a standard service however you will pay additional postage cost if you require next day delivery. The Royal Mail next day delivery service (i.e. special delivery guaranteed by 1pm) starts from £6.45 for large letters up to 100g. Please give us a call on 0208 2790811 for more information

5. Can I pick up my order from your business premises.

No, we do not offer pick up service as we are just an online company

6. Do you offer discount on large orders

7. Do you deliver to Europe or rest of the world

No, we do not currently deliver to Europe or Rest of the World.

8. Do you offer personalised ribbon service

No, we do not currently offer personalised ribbon service

9. Do you offer gift packaging service (making of hampers and gift baskets)

No, we do not currently offer gift packaging service.

10. Are the 5M ribbon on a roll or in a pack

Please note that all out 5M length ribbons are ribbon CUTS in a park and not on a roll.

11. Do you offer samples
